What we’re doing now:
We’re deep cleaning all equipment, classroom surfaces, and check-in areas before and after each class.
We’ll keep class sizes to 25% capacity or less.
Mats, bikes and trampolines will be spaced 6 feet apart class before begins. Hammock is suspended for now.
Hand sanitizer is available upon entering the studio.
Classes are spaced 30 minutes apart for cleaning.
Instructors are not providing hands on corrections.
We will only be using the following equipment in class, and staff will be sanitizing after each use.
You are welcome to bring your own equipment to the studio, provided you sanitize it prior to class. Socks are required throughout the body (barre) class.
We are suspending shoe rentals. Because of this, we are offering a 20% discount on TIEM Slipstream cycling shoes, and Latus studio shoes, for bounce and beat.
Please email your studio to place your order.
Every studio is extending this discount, regardless of whether they are opening or solely offering live stream classes.
Promoting safety for our community
Instructors and front desk staff are here to help, at a safe distance.
Items such as hairspray, lotion and deodorant are removed from the studio.
Staff will be wearing masks. Masks are required and gloves are encouraged in the studio when not exercising.
Check in no more than 15 minutes, and at least 5 minutes before class begins.
After checking in, please go directly to your space in the body or rev room.
Please maintain social distancing as you exit the studio. For now, we need to avoid lingering in the studio before or after class.
Late entry to class will not be permitted once the class begins.
DEFINE kids and DEFINE baby will remain suspended. Children must be 12 years or older to be in the studio. Children will not be permitted to wait in the studio while their parents take class.
Fans will not be used in the classrooms, and temperatures will be set to a cooler 70 degrees.
Before you come to class
Make sure you are feeling well, and have not been in contact with anyone exhibiting illness for at least three days.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19, or are aware that you have come into contact with someone who has, please wait 14 days before coming into the studio, or until you receive negative test results from your physician.
You will need to sign an updated waiver related to Covid-19, in Mindbody and in the studio.
To ensure contactless check-in, update your Mindbody account with a current credit card.
We recommend using the restroom before you come into the studio, as facilities will be limited.
Prepare to come to the studio with minimal personal items, and avoid using the locker area. Please leave personal items at home.
Showers will be unavailable for the time being.
To allow as many clients as possible to attend classes, we will be implementing the late cancel and no show fees after 5 pm the night before a class begins.
We strongly recommend that you bring your own water or purchase in the studio. The studio’s water filtration system will not be available for use.
Be courteous when registering for class. Remember that we have many clients wanting to participate. Please limit your attendance to one per day.
