Time flies. I can’t believe I have been training for the Gobi March for 10 weeks already. Here’s an actual photo of myself as I type this: This next training phase moves my Define days to Tuesdays and Fridays, as I add another day of running to my week. However, I’m sure you’ll find me at one of the studios immediately after my runs if I need assistance getting rid of the unavoidable build-up of lactic acid, most likely looking like the picture above.
