What is your favorite sweet treat to receive on Valentine’s Day? That’s easy! Chocolate-covered strawberries! I grew up eating them with my family every year. It’s quite decadent, festive and I don’t feel guilty about eating them! It’s fruit, right? I created a version myself that is easy and fun to make. GET RECIPE HERE Chocolate-Covered Strawberries.
What delectable dessert would you make or give to others? I have two favorites that come to mind right now. My very own Chocolate Ganache Tart and Chocolate Avocado Pudding.I made the famous Chocolate Ganache Tart during our Healthy Through The Holidays workshop and it truly is divine! It’s always nice to bring one over to a holiday party. Sometimes I’ll have an extra one at the house to nibble on throughout the week. GET RECIPE HERE Chocolate Ganache Tart
My second favorite is my Chocolate-Avocado Pudding! I made it for my family last year around Easter and I’m pretty sure it is on the list of desserts again for this one, too. A healthy alternative for your chocolate fix, this recipe is vegan, raw and gluten-free. It is so yummy! GET RECIPE HERE Chocolate Avocado Pudding
