This fall, DEFINE celebrated our third year anniversary.  I find myself thinking, “thank you” very often.  I truly can’t say it enough or to enough people.  From our passionate and dedicated staff to the incredible and inspiring clients who work so hard to experience the benefits of DEFINE, I would personally like to say to you, thank you!

In this past year we opened our Energy Corridor studio along with our West University studio.  In doing so, we have begun a “revolution” with our new indoor cycling class, DEFINE revolution.  We are also having a blast getting prepared for our food education program with DEFINE foods, and our DEFINE body and DEFINE mind programs are continuing to transform people’s bodies and minds every single day.  With our new studios, we are getting to see and hear more and more incredible transformation stories. As someone who used the DEFINE method to overcome my own lower back issues, I am committed to helping as many people with their strength, length, and balance as I can.

As a way to give thanks and spread the holiday happiness, we wanted to share with you our holiday schedule as well as give you a peek into a magical night of food and fun the DEFINE staff recently had at the West U studio.  The studio was transformed into a celebration space that had the most delicious food from all of our staff.  We thought it would be fun to share some of these recipes and get you inspired for the upcoming holiday.
