Ah, summertime. It’s filled with care-free days, swimming, eating popsicles and having fun. Well… maybe that’s more for kids. When you’re an adult, your summers don’t always follow that same pattern.

If you have children, your summers more likely involve making sure the kids have enough healthy, fun activities to keep them from being bored, while trying to fit it all in your daily schedule and occasionally enjoying a workout or break yourself.

We hear you and we have the solution! This summer we are so excited to introduce three different levels of kids classes! Check them out below!

What makes them even better? All classes will be offered opposite an adult class…so parents can take classes while the kids do. Get ready! Classes begin June 19th (through August 21st).

DEFINE tweens

(10+ years)

Wednesday for bounce at 4:15 pm (Opposite rev)
Thursday for yoga at 3:15 pm
