You’ve rehydrated and revived with DEFINE foods Juice but have you dined with it? This fall, DEFINE foods creator Erin Stewart has found a new way to incorporate the nutrient dense, inflammation-fighting fruits and veggies from the vibrant cold-pressed juices into your meals and onto your dinner table.

In this recipe, Erin uses DEFINE foods GLOW Juice and other natural ingredients to create a Curried Winter Soup with Carrots and Butternut Squash.


{Yield: 2}

2 cups chopped butternut squash, peeled and steamed
1 cup DEFINE foods™ GLOW Juice
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
pinch red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp lite coconut milk, plus more for garnish
fresh cilantro, for garnish

Place all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend on high, until blended and heated through. Divide into bowls and garnish with a drizzle of coconut milk and fresh cilantro.
